Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility for Returns: Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item that is damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
- Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, or any item marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Process for Returns

- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Shipping the Return: Once you receive the RA number, please package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed,(please note that we only offer cash-on-delivery payment).
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use or damage).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
As we process orders quickly, cancellations can only be accepted before the item is dispatched. To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, but you can follow the returns process above once you receive the item.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
